In a magnificent 19th century palace, overlooking the Rio de la Panada, just a stone's throw from Campo San Giovanni and Paolo, this majestic piano nobile will captivate you with the charm of its past and the mix of art and design that the owners have wanted.

From the ancient courtyard of the palace, you have direct access to the apartment located on the first floor by an elegant exclusive staircase.

It consists of a huge double-height living room with a large open-plan kitchen overlooking the canal side, a dining area in the centre and a living area on the opposite side. On either side of the living room there are two large double bedrooms with bathrooms, while two more double bedrooms are located on the ground floor and on the mezzanine. In total, the apartment has 3 full bathrooms with showers and a service bathroom at the entrance. Furthermore, in the mezzanine of the master bedroom there is a gym and at the entrance on the left there is a wardrobe that has been entirely painted with graffiti by a well-known local street artist.

The apartment is enriched by important furnishings such as a prestigious De Sede sofa, Adrien Pearsall Mid Century armchairs, Sebastian Summa lamps and beautiful works of art such as "Dark Mirror" and "Reconstuctions" by Roman Polanszky, the "DDR Tuten" series by Joseph Beuys, "Schuttbild" by Hermann Kitsch and a beautiful sculpture by Patrick Rampelotto.

To give you all the comfort you need during your holiday, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a hairdryer in each shower bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to organise your breakfasts, lunches or dinners at home. We can also provide a catering service at home on request.

The apartment is easily accessible by water taxi, which we can book on request, and is a 5-minute walk from the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, from which you can easily reach any destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport. St. Mark's Square is a 12-minute walk away and the Rialto Bridge is a 7-minute walk away.

Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required. Pets are not allowed.
