Located on the road to San José, it is 10 minutes from the main beaches on the south coast of the island such as Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Salinas, Es Cavallet and also from Ibiza town. It has a land of 20,000m2 and a constructed area of 460m2. It is a spectacular Ibiza-style house in the countryside, completely renovated maintaining the essence of the Ibiza style. The main house is made up of 4 spacious double suites, 4 bathrooms with a bathtub, 1 guest bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with a table for 10 people, 2 porches on the ground floor and 1 terrace on the first floor. . Garage for two cars, outdoor parking and laundry.
Separated from the main building there is a small house with 2 independent suites with private bathrooms. Finally you can not miss a huge pool with chill out.
Possibility of extra beds on request.
