This new villa is located in one of the best areas of the island near Ibiza Town, Talamanca beach and the village of Jesus, enjoying wonderful views of the sea and Dalt Vila.
It is distributed on three floors.
Main floor:
Lounge with large TV, sofa, air conditioning and large windows overlooking the sea; It has access to a large porch with dining table
Open kitchen with a large island and dining room, fully equipped, even vinoteca
