Beautiful villa located on a hillside in the residential area of Sa Carroca with total privacy, security and tranquility. It belongs to the parish of San Jose, only 10 minutes from Ibiza town and 10 minutes from San Jose Airport, Playas Ses Salines and Es Cavallet.

Dining table for 12 persons. Fully fitted kitchen with high end appliances (separated in 2 parts: one with induction cooker and other gas kitchen).
Cloakroom.
Bedrooms: 5 double 35m2 approx. each with dressing room, large closets and mirrors, terraces (some with sea view). They also offer phones, TV and shower en suite, some with tub (1 bath tub and 4 showers).
Flat bottom:
4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, en suite with shower, simpler than the main house.
Affairs:
Beautiful pool with a natural waterfall, surrounded by a large teak deck and a beautiful garden with native plants, palms, grass.
Individual terraces of every bedroom with an excellent view of the town of Ibiza and Las Salinas. Large terrace upstairs with sun loungers.
The villa has free WiFi, alarm and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.
The pool can be heated (plase ask for the additional cost)

In case of loss of keys and command will be charged € 100 /unit.
