Going down some stairs on the same floor of the garage, there is another bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with en-suite shower, dressing room and access to the outside.
Outside the main house in the garden area there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90x2m), with en-suite shower and outdoor terrace area.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Outside we find a large swimming pool with a garden and chill out area with impressive views of the sea and the sunset.

The garage has an entrance from inside the house, has capacity for two cars and there is a ping-pong table.
