Fantastic villa located in the privileged area of Es Cubells, with spectacular views of the sea and the island of Formentera. Located on a 6000m2 fenced plot. Very quiet area and close to the beaches of the South West coast such as: Es Torrent, Porroig, Cala Jondal, Cala d'Hort and Cala Carbó.
Main house: Living room with fireplace and beautiful views of the island of Formentera. With TV (International and French channels), stereo and access to a terrace with a table and sofas.
American kitchen open to the dining room and living room, very well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and gas hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and water heater. Utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
1 double bedroom with two 80x200 single beds, which can be set up as a double bed.
