Splendid traditional country house with two floors located in the middle of the countryside, 2.5 km from Santa Eulalia and 2.5 km from the beaches.
The villa has a spacious living room that gives access to the other rooms of the house, such as the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, with its dining room and bedrooms.
The fully restored villa consists of four bedrooms, all have air conditioning, television and bathroom en suite.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two have 2 single beds each and the third has 1 double bed
The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor with a double bed, bathroom en suite, private terrace with views and an office.
The house also has a separate dining room, a lounge with a pool table and a mini bar; and it also has another room with a television and an X-BOX console (ideal for the little ones in the hottest hours).
On the outside of the house there is a fenced pool of 12x4 meters and a large area. Also a ping pong table. The villa has numerous shaded areas for relaxation and rest with Balinese beds, chillouts and hammocks; It also has a barbecue with outdoor dining area and alarm.
On the ground floor, the house has a patio area with a porch, full of beautiful pots, which gives access to a 5th bathroom with a shower complete with a washing machine, an ironing area as well as towels for the pool.
