Villa Maddalena is a splendid villa with pool just a few steps away from the rocky shore and crystal-clear waters of the Plemmirio marine protected area that extends south of Syracuse. Immersed in a luxuriant garden with Mediterranean plants, the property boasts a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven and a beautiful pool framed by rocks. Entered via a palm tree lined driveway, the property is spread over several levels. A short external staircase provides access to the first floor, that includes the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
